YASMIN'S STORY...
Yasmin Gharib Wade is a Persian/German married to a Black French Canadian. She has lived in Iran, Germany and Spain. If she was an 80's band she would be called The Human Diversity Club. It is this vast multicultural exposure which attracted Yasmin to casting 25 years ago, and she mines her experience bringing the great faces and cultures she has seen to her work. She casts commercials, shorts, features & web-series in cities and states all over the country beyond Los Angeles, including New York, San Francisco, Miami, Austin, and Boston. She's the Captain of the Jane Doe ship, but way cooler than any Captain you've seen. Think Captain Kirk meets Hans Solo, but you know... a girl...
KEVIN'S STORY...
Kevin hasn't really traveled much, except when keeping up with his wife on one of her many Broadway National Tours. But, what he has done is worked in every aspect of the entertainment business in Los Angeles since 2004 and recently moved to NYC in 2015 to head up Jane Doe East. He's been in commercials, on TV, in movies, written, produced, and directed for all three as well. As a member of the Lost Nomads production company, Kevin co-created the award winning web series GIGI starring Josh Gad and most recently Central Park on Apple TV. So why casting? Easy, it's fun. And, a great opportunity to work with actors and bring out their best (from all his experiences) for our clients. In the end, we are all on the same team!
